We are currently looking for a caretaker for our leisure and conference facility, located on a peninsula in Lake Hjälmaren, approximately 13 km south of Arboga. We are a cabin park and campsite that is open year-round, offering a wide variety of tasks.

Your main responsibilities will be to ensure that the area is well-maintained. The workload varies with the seasons and includes everything from waste management and cleaning to general caretaking duties, maintenance, and repairs of cabins.

In the spring, the focus is on preparing the area for the season. During the summer, the work involves keeping things in order and handling daily tasks, while autumn is dedicated to preparing the facility for winter. During the winter months, duties may include snow removal and maintenance tasks that could not be completed during the warmer seasons. Some carpentry and painting work is also required.

We are looking for someone who is handy and willing to work. You should have good social skills, be responsible, and able to follow instructions. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team is essential. You are service-oriented, handle stress well, have an eye for what needs to be done, and are proactive.

It is an advantage if you are young and/or "big and strong," as this can be beneficial for the physical aspects of the job.

The position is full-time.

Qualifications such as experience or training in carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work are advantageous. Background in trades or growing up on a farm is also considered a plus.

You must be fluent in both spoken and written Swedish. A valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car are required, as the facility is located in Herrfallet, approximately 14 km south of Arboga.
